Summer. 
This season is full of mysteries. No summer is alike another one. You can face either a moist summer, or such high temperatures, which will make you feel ready to splash in the city fountains. 

In summer, you can take different types of journeys. You may be offered one-day cycling tours to the nearby castles, or yachting in the Vltava River. You can enjoy different festivities in the open air by yourselves, and the famous Karlovy Vary film festival takes place not only in summer, where the stars of different magnitude meet. The average temperatures are between +10C and +22C.

Autumn.
The time of expectations and inspirations. The city is kind of stock-still pending for the tourists to leave in a while after which it can have some rest. Men of creativity can enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the Vltava or the sights of castles in the predawn fog.
